This short video will show you the correct way to load a mobility scooter in to a wheelchair adapted car which has a lowered floor and lightweight ramp,
The scooter was not secured with any straps or belts because the sole purpose was just to show the loading. as you will see in the video all movements of the scooter is done from the side of the scooter to avoid being crushed or knocked over,
The mobility scooter was loaded in backwards to keep the scooter controls, steering and keys all at arms length.
Please also note throughout the full procedure the demonstrator never makes more than two steps. The mobility scooter used in the demo was a 4 mph Roma vagas, (which we do sell in our showroom, at time of listing there are 895 pounds).
