Watching my mum die slowly over the years all due to alcohol.

**Competition story please share on Facebook if you think it should win the i-pad,**

My story begins as a child, ever since i was at a young age my mum drank every night to the point of knocking her self out, as years flew by and i matured my mums drinking also matured as her health deteriorated, it started with her rushing home from work shaking just craving a drop of alcohol. A few more months went by and she soon lost her job but didn\’t seem to care as it was more time to open another bottle up, i tried my hardest to get her to stop, all i would get back was verbal abuse as my heart shriveled. Soon later she got stopped by the police and breathalyzed and lost her license, this made her problem worse and so her health got a lot worse, she developed problems walking and eating, her breakfast would be wine and also her dinner. She now required a wheelchair from time to time, i was basically watching my mum die slowly over the years all due to alcohol. Now were at 2014… i lost my mum two months ago battling alcoholism, she ceases to exist only in my heart.

Keep your mothers close as you only get one….
